It was brought to our attention that unauthorized entities (some travel agency/hosting team) contacted participants of the 31st Nuclear Physics Workshop, offering to assist them with securing accommodation for the upcoming conference in Lublin this September. Please be aware that NO external agency is authorized to handle any aspect of the conference organization, including hotel reservations, on our behalf. We did not share your email address with external agencies or post it on our website.
The conference fee does not cover lodging. Participants should book hotels through booking web services or directly on the hotels' websites.
